Keywords: 4G Cat.1 NEO Air NEO Core Internet Ubuntu Debian Linux Description:
The NanoPi NEO Core(abbreviated as "NEO Core") is an alternative NanoPi NEO that works like a CPU board with male pin-headers. It has the same form factor as the NanoPi NEO and same pin descriptions. The connectors and ports are populated to pin-headers on the NEO Core. The NanoPi NEO Core has ESD protection for its MicroUSB port and TF card slot. In addition the NEO Core can have an optional onboard eMMC flash which is preferred by industrial customers.
The NanoPi NEO(abbreviated as NEO) is another fun board developed by FriendlyARM for makers, hobbyists and fans.
The NanoPi NEO Air is a 40 x 40mm open source ARM board for makers. It uses an Allwinner H3 Quad Core A7 processor at 1.2GHz. Its pins are compatible with the NanoPi NEO(V 1.2) and its 24-pin header is compatible with Raspberry Pi's GPIO pin headers.
The NanoPi NEO AIR features 512MB of 16bit wide DDR3 RAM, 8GB eMMC and one MicroSD slot. It has WiFi & Bluetooth and DVP camera interface(YUV422). The DVP camera interface can support friendlyarm's 5M-pixel camera module
It has enhanced power circuit design and better heat dissipation.
They all based on Allwinner H3, Quad-core Cortex-A7 Up to 1.2GHz
Now we designed 4G Cat.1 for all these H3 based NEO serial boards.
NanoPi NEO/ NEO connects to a PC through a serial port.
Open the serial port tool and enter ifconfig. You can see that 4G is identified as eth1 but has no IP address. In root mode, enter "udhcpc -i eth1" to obtain the IP address.
The identification results of NEO and NEO Core are the same.
NanoPi NEO/ NEO connects to a PC through a serial port.
Open the serial port tool and enter ifconfig. You can see that 4G is identified as eth1 but has no IP address. In root mode, enter "udhcpc -i eth0" to obtain the IP address.
